'Resident Evil: Apocalypse'
(Milla Jovovich, Oded Fehr, Sienna Guillory, Jared Harris / R / 104 mins / Sony Pictures)

Overview: Alice (Milla Jovovich) escapes from the Racoon City Medical Facility in order to find a way to defeat the T-virus. At the same time, she scours the streets of the ruined city looking for survivors. Jill is one of those survivors, but she's trapped in the same city, only she's got some zombies to deal with.

Verdict: Delivered with some panache and humor, 'Resident Evil 2' is for sure the same old computer-generated crunch and munch, but should still please the target audience! The sequel offers up more of everything: more bloody zombie dogs, more crazy corporate evildoers, more Milla Jovovich unclothed and more over-the-top action scenes which is great for the loyal lover of all-things 'Evil', but - in truth - is a frantic piece of filmmaking that invests nothing in the characters and moves much too fast for its own good!
