Jackass: The Movie
(Johnny Knoxville / R / 80 mins / Paramountp> Overview:This is the big-screen version of the two-year MTV series that featured Johnny Knoxville and his pals performing a series of dangerous, stupid, and juvenile stunts. Expect the lads to take full advantage of the R rating.

Verdict:It would be easy for me to hold 'Jackass: The Movie' up as a leading example of the decline of Western civilization, but in truth I'm not sure if I enjoyed it but I could hardly wait to see what I'd be appalled by next ! Can a collection of goofy antics shot in crummy-looking digital video and haphazardly strung together be called a movie? I think so, but note that this film is crude, brutal and obscene - all the trademarks of the MTV show cancelled in its prime ! It's utterly tasteless. It's a lousy behavioral example for today's youth. But it's also incredibly funny ! Enter at your own risk !!
