'Celebrate Valentine's Day in Hockeytown'

Hockeytown Cafe and The Second City are serving up Laughter and Love for Valentine's Day

Dinner/Show Packages Available February 13th and 14th

Wine, dine and laugh the night away with your sweetheart or close friend at The Second City and Hockeytown Cafe this Valentine's Day.

Both haven's of food and fun are serving up a delectable feast, featuring a delicious meal and scrumptious comedy show. Start with dinner at Hockeytown Cafe, that includes an appetizer plate; choice of soup or salad; choice of New York strip steak, catch of the day, or chef's pasta for a main entre; and desert. After dinner, get ready for some side-splitting humor with The Second City-Detroit's 25th revue, "Ten" featuring some of the best and funniest scenes and sketches from The Second City-Detroit's 10-year history.

The first seating for dinner begins at 5.30pm, followed by "Ten" at 7.30pm and the late seating for dinner begins at 7.30pm followed by the 10pm performance of "Ten". Packages are $50 (per guest) and include dinner, show ticket, tax and gratuity. Packages are available only through The Second City box office at (313) 965 2222. Second City Theatre and Hockeytown are located at 2301 Woodward Avenue, Detroit, MI 48201 (inside Hockeytown Cafe).

"Ten" features some of the best and funniest scenes and sketches from The Second City-Detroit history and received four out of four stars from The Detroit Free Press. Expect to see scenes from many of the past 24 Second City-Detroit mainstage revues, including 'Disneyland Detroit' from "Ito Phone Home", 'Paddleboat' from "Daimler's Are A Girl's Best Friend," 'Candlelight' from "Downriver Dance," 'Honest Song' from "Impeachment and Cream," 'Reflections' from "Viagra Falls," 'Feng Shui' from "Gratiot Happens," and many more!

Performances run through March.
