'All the Devil's Men' [Blu-ray+Digital]
(Milo Gibson, William Fichtner, Sylvia Hoeks, Gbenga Akinnagbe, Elliot Cowan, et al / Blu-ray+Digital / R / 2019 / Lionsgate Films)

Overview: A battle-scarred War on Terror bounty hunter is forced to go to London on a manhunt for a disavowed CIA operative, which leads him into a deadly running battle with a former military comrade and his private army.

Blu-ray Verdict: 'All the Devil's Men' is the story of a jaded, battle-scarred bounty hunter who is forced to go to London on a manhunt for a disavowed CIA operative.

Of course, this leads him into a deadly running battle with a former military comrade and his private army, but then again, if it didn't, well, the movie would be over in 12 minutes flat!

To be frank, and lovingly, refreshingly honest even, 'All the Devil's Men' does have its fair share of issues, but overall it's still a solid action thriller.

The storyline is compelling and the characters are pretty close to what CIA black ops would hire (or so I'm led to believe!). Emotionally damaged. Sure. Possibly even psychotic. Sure. Verging on being total sociopaths. Sure. Which means once you invest in this movie, given those facts, you'll quickly discover that it is not always the case.

Starring Milo Gibson (yes, he IS the son of Mel), Sylvia Hoeks and William Fichtner, they all do great jobs in their chosen characters and, for me, I loved seeing Gibson get the lead role. He is a way better actor than he's thus far been given credit for and with the right movie he has now shown he can command the small/big screen too.

Funnily enough, the gun battles reminded me another great UK gangster flick, the brilliant 'Den of Thieves.' Total realism throughout them both, which is rare in the lesser-budgeted movies these days.

Experience intense action and a crime-totting thrill ride when 'All the Devil's Men' arrives on Blu-ray™ (plus Digital), DVD and Digital February 5th from Lionsgate. This is a Widescreen Presentation (2.35:1) enhanced for 16x9 TVs and comes with the Special Features of:
