'How I Met Your Mother: Season Four'
(Josh Radnor, Jason Segel, Cobie Smulders, Neil Patrick Harris, Alyson Hannigan, et al / 3-Disc DVD / NR / 2009 / 20th Century Fox)

Overview: Loaded with irresistible laughter and filled with outrageous fun, there's just one word for the hit comedy How I Met Your Mother: Awesomeness!

DVD Verdict: Although, as reviewers, we were only sent one (1) solitary disc for review of this 3-disc set, ... Season 4 was a great addition to the series. If you are not a fan of the show I would recommend watching all previous episodes before this season because the writers have taken this show to a level past the sitcom. They place high value on character development and the story line just keeps getting better and better.

The fourth season sees Ted in a serious relationship, and more fun and laughs with the group than you can imagine. New clues are discovered, and the narration is fantastic, all the way up to the season's finale, which is my favorite episode of the show to date. If you are a fan of the show, or looking for something good to watch, look no further. I absolutely guarantee that if you give it a chance, you will love this show. I highly recommend this. I honestly don't even care who the mother is anymore, I just care about Ted, Marshall, Barney, Robin and Lily.

I still have the "Intervention" episode DVR'd, and I watch it about once a week. It doesn't get old! This is a Widescreen presentation (1.78:1) enhanced for 16x9 TVs and comes with the Special Features of:

Audio Commentaries on Select Episodes
Gag Reel
Barney Stinson: That Guy's Awesome Music Video
Eriksen's Fight Club
A Night With Your Mother (Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Panel Discussion)
