'Colin & Brad: Two Man Group'
(Colin Mochrie, Brad Sherwood / DVD / NR / 2011 / IMAGE Entertainment)

Overview: Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood, stars of the Emmy®-winning Whose Line Is It Anyway?, have finally recorded their hilarious live stage show! These masters of improv comedy have performed their outrageous, one-of-a-kind show to sold out audiences all over the country!

DVD Verdict: If you haven't already garnered this by now, 'Colin Mochrie & Brad Sherwood: Two Man Group' is a live stage show! Starring the very same two comics who appeared on the Emmy-winning "Whose Line Is It Anyway?," these veterans of improv comedy now give us their own show.

With the show lasting a little over an hour, skits a manipulated old-fashioned "hands on" French farce, and the show-ending The Most Dangerous Game on Planet Earth re: the Chamber of Doom, where wired mousetraps descend from the ceiling to match those scattered on the floor during a barefoot operatic game, are simply hilariously funny to watch!

Having performed their wild and outrageous shows to audiences nationwide this now-taped one for our pleasure is not only fun to watch, but shows new ways to explore comedit skits. Such as their take on a Sideway Scene in the style of a Kung-Fu Opera, where 'Larry' and 'Frank' perform their skit whilst laying on the floor, the camera rolling above them. Trust me, you have to actually see it to get it!

It's been said that their shows are interactive and completely improvised. No two are ever the same and you can kinda see that here on this DVD. Using only their quick wit and a few audience volunteers, Mochrie and Sherwood create original, hilarious scenes.

The Do's And Don'ts of Improv is a terrific five minute bit with Sherwood and Mochrie having at one another. Interviews with Colin & Brad is a five minute spoof of a James Lipton type interview! Recommended!! This is a Widescreen Presentation (1.77:1) enhanced for 16x9 TVs and comes with the Special Features of:
