Title - 'ABBA - Essential Collection' (Ume)
Artist - ABBA

This is yet another 2-CD "essential" set from the Swedish Pop quartet, now released here in 2012. Featuring 39 ABBA-solute (sorry!) classic songs from their back catalog, these include chart hits, album tracks and fan favorites.

The first disc kicks off with 'People Need Love, ' He Is Your Brother,' and the infectious 'Ring Ring,' before heading into 'Love Isn't Easy,' one of their earlier hits, the bouncy 'Waterloo,' the fun 'Honey, Honey,' and both 'So Long' and 'I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do.'

Continuing onwards with worldwide hits such as 'S.O.S.,' 'Mamma Mia,' 'Bang-A-Boomerang,' 'Fernando,' 'Dancing Queen,' and both 'Money, Money' and 'Knowing Me, Knowing You,' next up is 'That's Me,' 'The Name Of The Game,' 'Take A Chance on Me' and the album track less-listened to, 'Eagle.'

The first disc rounds out with 'One Man, One Woman,' the solid 'Thank You For The Music,' and then finally 'Summer Night City.'

The second disc begins with 'Chiquitita,' before heading into two solid number ones in 'Does Your Mother Know' and 'Voulez-Vous.' 'Angel Eyes' is next and is backed by the fast-paced 'Gimmie Gimmie! Gimmie!,' and then come 'I Have A Dream,' 'Winner Takes It All,' 'Super Trooper,' 'On And One And On,' and then both 'Lay All Your Love' and 'Happy New Year.'

This second disc rounds out with 'One Of Us,' 'When All Is Said And Done,' 'Head Over Heals,' 'The Visitors' and finally comes to a close with 'The Day Before You Came' and the pop-spiked 'Under Attack.'
