Title - 'The Best of Kylie Minogue' (Capitol/EMI)
Artist - Kylie Minogue

This latest collection (as there have been MANY) marks 's career-spanning 25-year anniversary in fine style. And with a Greatest Hits tour coming soon it's (of course) the perfect way to re-introduce those who don't quite know her to the delights of the lovely Australian.

The first track on this one disc version (that contains 21 of the best known Kylie songs from her incredible aforementioned 25-year career) is the trippy 'Can't Get You Out of My Head,' which is backed by both 'Spinning Around' and her debut single (in the UK) 'I Should Be So Lucky.' The beautiful dancefloor smash 'Love At First Sight' is next, with 'In Your Eyes' and then 'Kids (Radio Edit),' a song sung along with the UK's beloved son, Robbie Williams (Take That).

Up next in this non-stop collection of hits (hence the title) is the bouncy 'Better the Devil You Know,' with the sultry 'All The Lovers,' the light summer fun of 'Give Me Just a Little More Time,' and both the Kool and The Gang-covered 'Celebration' and the infectious 'Slow' following along thereafter.

The passionate plea of 'Red Blooded Woman' is next, with the non-descript 'I Believe in You' following. The Latin pop-bounce of 'On a Night Like This' gets us back on track, with 'Confide in Me' and the full-on pop-princess vibe of 'Get Outta My Way' right there in full force. Next up is one of her older tracks, 'The Loco-motion (7" Mix)' with the sappy 'Tears On My Pillow' followed by the fun 'Wow' and then both 'In My Arms' and 'Never Too Late.' In truth, it's a shame her latest single 'Timebomb' isn't on here as a treat, but it isn't - so we shall just have to go without, I guess!

Interestingly enough, late 2012 will include a so-called "anti-tour" where Minogue plays B-Sides and rarities ONLY! Hmmmm, me thinks we will see a B-Side/Rarities CD compilation to launch for that tour as well!
