Juice Newton's latest release features ten duets with an impressive array of music legends: Willie Nelson, Frankie Valli, Glen Campbell, Randy Meisner (of The Eagles), Melissa Manchester, Gary Morris, and recently deceased country star Dan Seals.

All the songs are covers of classic pop songs, the finest of which are (arguably) Newton's two performances with Willie Nelson. But all these recordings are worthwhile. They range from upbeat, blithe pop songs ("Still the One") to tender ballads ("Touch Me"). And while the arrangements aren't necessarily groundbreaking, they serve these songs quite well.

Juice Newton's powerful voice is truly remarkable on this CD, and all her duet partners sing the hell out of these songs as well. Just listen to the dueling-divas approach of "You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling" and you'll hear what I mean. [IB]
