For those not in the know, hailing from the West Midlands in the United Kingdom, rock band Jayler are part of a wave of classic rock revivalists looking to bring rock & roll back into the mainstream consciousness.

It all began in 2021, when James Bartholomew and Tyler Arrowsmith got together and then on board came both Ricky Hodgkiss (bass, keys) and Ed Evans (drums).

Their debut album is entitled Voices Unheard and was released May 27th, 2026 via Silver Lining Music.

The highly impressive West Midlands four piece opens on a harmonica-driven short intro before the new recording gets into full swing on the robust Down Below and then comes the melodious rocker Riverboat Queen, the rambunctious Need Your Love and the rip-roaring The Getaway.

Along next is the beautifully impassioned balladry of Bittersweet and that is in turn backed seamlessly by the rocker Hate To See It End, the Doors-esque Over The Mountain, the psych rock of Alectrona, the set rounding out on the southern rock-vibed Lovemaker, closing on the dutifully emotive rock of The Rinsk.
