Showcasing their exceptional songwriting and musical talents, this 4-track EP opens on the melodical prog-pop hipsway of “Believe In Christmas Magic” (about a childhood belief in the magic of Christmas; maybe we should all believe!), the rhythmically smooth “Christmas Candle In the Window” (which captures the feeling of loss at Christmas time), and then we get brought forth the gently strident fare of “Father Christmas, Are You There?” (a plea to Father Christmas to help bring peace to the world), the new EP rounding out on the agreeably concordant “Underneath the Mistletoe” (where a Christmas love blossoms in a secluded park).
