The original CD release of Mountain's first Climbing is considered my many to be their best. This remaster corrects the horrid EQ problems on the original and includes a live bonus track. The liner notes are wonderful with pictures and comments from both Leslie and Corky are a pleasure to behold, but there is still some noticeable “tape hiss” that is unforgivable. These Mountain masterpieces desperately needed to be properly restored/remastered and what we have here is a shame given the notoriety of the original back in 1969!
