Meet Me in Heaven
By: Kathleen Ready Dayan - Independently Published - $16.95
Overview: Two soulmates, Kalli and Elia, travel together from one lifetime to the next, meeting between lives in the Spirit World. During each incarnation, they have no recollection of their previous lives or connection, yet they somehow find each other.
Author Kathleen Ready Dayan’s prior book, Before We Were Born, published in 2022, focused on the same souls who incarnated in 1977 as Joy Sanders and Jeremy Blake. Meet Me in Heaven is their next incarnation, where the soul mates meet as middle schoolers in 2022.
Both novels are infused with spiritual concepts the author learned through mediumship.
Verdict: I think it is import to know that although Meet Me in Heaven is the sequel to Before We Were Born, and it references the prior book, both in characters and plot, it can be comprehended as a standalone novel.
With Before We Were Born having been a highly emotional writing experience for Kathleen, a story close to her heart, a book spawned from knowledge she received during mediumship, containing information that changed her life, it was obvious that she then wanted to share it with a wider audience, and in a digestible way.
Thus, having learnt that life does not end with physical death, Kathleen created characters whose stories don’t end either. And so we are now gifted the dutifully crafted, emotively-imbued and wholly edifying new book Meet Me In Heaven, which is the love story previously brought forth of Joy and Jeremy, continuing to unfold.
A book with no ending (don’t worry, that’s not a spoiler as it is mentioned very early on), that is if you see it from an infinite perspective and not from the limited vision have on Earth, the major sense that one organically absorbs from this diligently honed new prose is that there is no death, only birth, into Spirit or into the physical world.
Furthermore, life isn’t a straight line, but moreover a circle and we are continually transitioning from one world into the next. And so from this perspective, there is nothing to ever fear, my friends.
In closing, Meet Me in Heaven is not only the most perfect, seamlessly sewn addition to the aforementioned Before We Were Born story that first originated, but it showcases a profoundly knowledgeable vein of articulate, other-worldly prose that links us all to the past, present and future.
