You see, in modern therapy lessons we can also discover past lives, spirit guides, our soul group and soul council, and therein uncover spiritual truths. We can also discover entities like earthbound spirits and extraterrestrials, or dark spirits that attempt to divert those on a spiritual path.

We don’t have to overlook them, or fear entities, for we can also regress them to their past karmic actions, and trigger realizations of laws and truths that help heal them, and so us too.

On a side note, I like to think of myself as a pretty open-minded person and so having been given the opportunity to try past life regression therapy (PLRT), I eagerly jumped in with both feet. I won’t bore you with the whole experience, or if it worked for/on me, but I will say that with the belief behind PLRT being that we all have consciousness, and we all have a soul, surely nobody should be discomforted by such an exploration.

Indeed, and as it was further explained, the soul is believed by many, including myself, to be a collection of energy from the spirit world. Once we create this soul, we depart on our own journey or cycle of reincarnation. It is also believed that our stream of consciousness, or our list of past lives, is real but energetic, existing in a nonphysical realm. When in trance or hypnosis, you are able to utilize your intuition with the help of a guide to become aware of past life events and details.

That said, spiritual regression is not wholly about intellectualizing received knowledge or thinking you know and telling others the answers. It’s about asking questions, while people are in a hypnotic state, to meet with their own experimental subconscious inner wisdom. Incisive questions become like koans, that cut past conditioned answers.
