Trust me, Maximum Workout isn't just a silly title for a dance hit compilation album ... it's as clsoe to the truth if you attempt to actually work out to the damn thing!!! This is GLOBAL DANCE MUSIC! Very fast, very rhythmic, pounding dance back beats and lyrics to sing along to at nearly every corner ... and I did 50 minutes of Cardio just dancing around my living room! It wasn't pretty but Im sure I burned some calories!! Songs like "I Begin To Wonder" from Danni Minogue, "Somnambulist" from BT, "The Boys of Summer" from Ian Van Dahl just bring you to your exhaustive knees, but I fully recommend this CD to each and every one of you out there trying to get fit at home or at the gym!!
