As the title suggests, ZZ Top's 'Live In Germany' was indeed recorded in Germany at the Grugahalle in Essen back in 1980. Another member of the infamous Rockpalast TV series (already released on DVD as 'Double Down Live' in October 2009), this single disc CD is a great reminder of just how good the band were back in the day!

Featuring 9 out of the 10 songs from their-then just-released Deguello album, the show is truly a fabulous live snapshot of the little ol' blooz'n'boogie band from Texas ... before the MTV era!
