Title - 'American Hustle' (2LP Record Store Day 2014)
Artist - Various

Oh boy! The soundtrack to the blockbuster film AMERICAN HUSTLE is now a 2 LP Gatefold (on RED & BLUE vinyl) with six (6) songs not of the originally released CD version! Featuring America, Bee Gees, Electric Light Orchestra, Duke Ellington, Elton John, Tom Jones, Jeff Lynne, Donna Summer, Wings and More, this brand new, limited edition 2 x 12" Colored Vinyl AMERICAN HUSTLE is just perfect for all those collectors found out and about on Record Store Day's Annual Black Friday Event 2014.

Taking a look at this incredible Record Store Day release from Madison Gate Records and Legacy Recordings, both colored vinyl records are 150-gram editions of the soundtrack album for David O. Russell’s Oscar-nominated blockbuster, 'American Hustle.'

For those not in the know, 'American Hustle' is a 2013 American crime comedy-drama film directed by the aforementioned Russell, from a screenplay co-written by Eric Warren Singer and Russell, loosely based on the FBI ABSCAM operation of the late 1970s and early 1980s.

It stars Christian Bale and Amy Adams as two con artists who are forced by an FBI agent (Bradley Cooper) to set up an elaborate sting operation on corrupt politicians, including the mayor of Camden, New Jersey (Jeremy Renner). Jennifer Lawrence plays the unpredictable wife of Bale's character.

Containing six (6) tracks not included on last year’s CD edition, among them “The Coffee Song (They’ve Got an Awful Lot of Coffee in Brazil)” by Hoboken native son Frank Sinatra, and “Dirty Work” by Steely Dan featuring Donald Fagen, a native of Passaic and South Brunswick, Russell also meticulously supervised the creation of this exclusive vinyl edition of the soundtrack. Indeed, he even supplies hand-written excerpts from the script, unique imagery from the film and artwork to enhance the look and feel of the album's unique gatefold sleeve.
