Overview: A savage hybrid of shark and werewolf begins hunting the terrified residents of a quiet seaside resort town, turning a summer getaway into a blood-soaked nightmare.

As more mutilated bodies wash ashore, panic grips the coastline and no one is safe on land or in the water. A handful of locals must fight back together to stop the Wereshark before the entire town is devoured.<>> From cult exploitation icon Donald Farmer comes a ferocious slice of no-budget monster madness, packed with raw energy, outrageous kills, and DIY effects.

A driving force in the shot-on-video underground, Farmer has spent decades crafting unapologetically wild horror and with Wereshark, he doubles down on the sharksploitation insanity he started in Shark Exorcist.

DVD Verdict: As you might already be able to guess, this is an ultra-low-budget indie monster movie produced by cult exploitation filmmaker Donald Farmer and directed by Curtis Everitt and Robbie Lopez.

So, of course, it is a blood-soaked B-movie about a savage shark-and-werewolf hybrid terrorizing a quiet seaside resort town. Shot as a very low budget C-movie, it is a most glorious campy monster mash combining classic aquatic attacks with lunar creature lore.

The perfect movie to put on while you’re building furniture and barely paying attention, that is most definitely for sure. I mean, the storyline could be straight out of a paperback novel you’d find in a grocery store and trust me when I say that there is absolutely nothing wrong with that at all!
