'LADY ANTEBELLUM'S DEBUT CD SET OUT NOW!'

Capitol Records Nashville recording artists Lady Antebellum – Charles Kelley, Dave Haywood and Hillary Scott – have celebrated the release of their debut album this past April 15th.

As part of the promotion surrounding the release of the trio’s self-titled LADY ANTEBELLUM – whose debut single, “Love Don’t Live Here,” just hit the Top Ten on the Country singles’ chart – the band will be making a number of media appearances.

In addition, they are scheduled to appear on CMT – including the “The CMT Music Awards” – GAC (“GAC Nights,” “On The Streets”), the new syndicated talk show “Better TV,” CNN Headline News, TV Guide Channel, “WGN Morning Show,” and Nashville’s “Tennessee Mornings.”

Lady Antebellum will be the subject of reviews/features in many well-known publications and newspapers, including USA Today, Country Weekly, Associated Press, American Songwriter, Mix magazine, Chicago Tribune, Dallas Morning News, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Miami Herald, Columbus Dispatch, Detroit Free Press, Vancouver Sun, Charlotte Observer, St. Paul Pioneer Press, Toledo Blade and The Tennessean, among many others.

iTunes chose "Love Don't Live Here" as their high profile mainpage "Single of the Week" for the week of March 25 - rare for a country artist. They were just recently nominated for the Academy of Country Music (ACM)’s “Top New Group” – their first major award nomination. The trio was named one of Billboard’s “New Faces to watch in 2008” (the only country artist to make the list ), MSN Music’s "Class of 2008" , The Boston Globe’s “Eight to Watch in ‘08”, Country Weekly’s “Who’s Hot in 2008” and Nashville Lifestyles’ “the next BIG thing.”

The trio’s debut single “Love Don’t Live Here” is currently #10 on Mediabase and #11 on R&R, two leading country music singles’ charts. The band, just coming off Martina McBride's Waking Up Laughing tour, will hit the road again this spring opening for artists such as Kenny Chesney, Taylor Swift, Tim McGraw and Carrie Underwood.

Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood originally came together in 2006 as songwriters, but soon – realizing their power as a trio – formed Lady Antebellum. Scott’s sultry alto, Kelley’s gritty tenor and multi-instrumentalist/ harmony vocalist Haywood’s musical overview ignited a unique blend of harmonies reminiscent of classic country, a soulfulness of 1960s R&B, the heart-on-the-sleeve openness of 1970s singer-songwriters, all with a keen edge of contemporary country.
