'Gagging Order for Jackson'
California prosecutors are trying to ban Michael Jackson from giving any more TV interviews - fearing his pleas of innocence could sway the jury at his upcoming trial. Officials in Santa Barbara believe comments made by the singer, like those broadcast on America's CBS network that he "would never hurt a child", could will make it harder to find an impartial jury, preventing a fair trial - and are attempting to convince judges to place a gagging order on the singer.
