'Alpha and Omega 2: A Howl-Iday Adventure'
(Ben Diskin, Blackie Rose, et al / DVD / NR / 2013 / LGF)

Overview: Kate & Humphrey and their three wolf cubs (Smokey, Claudette and Runt) are happily preparing to celebrate their first winter holidays together when their smallest cub, Runt, mysteriously disappears. They must now go on a new journey across the wilderness to find Runt before the winter festivities begin at home.

DVD Verdict: Following the original 'Alpha and Omega' theatrical film which grossed $50M box office worldwide and has sold over 1.1M DVDs to date, comes a new holiday movie featuring the unlikely pair of wolves, Kate and Humphrey, and their new frisky family of cubs in a heartwarming wilderness adventure.

This time straight-to-DVD,'Alpha and Omega 2: A Howl-Iday Adventure' brings us the tale of Kate and Humphrey and their three wolf cubs (Stinky, Claudette and Runt) who are all happily preparing to celebrate their first winter holidays together. Sadly though, their smallest cub, Runt, mysteriously disappears and now they have to journey out into the lands beyond to bring him home safely.

After watching this movie, I thought it was incredibly adorable and perfect for the holiday season! This incredibly cute movie features Alpha and Omega from the first movie, but with the twist of their new family. We all know how much trouble and mischief children can get into. So it is so cute to see how the family pulls together in a time of need when the little ones get into trouble. In closing, this is a delightful movie, perfect for the kids and all young-at-heart adults for the upcoming Xmas season. This is a Widescreen Presentation (1.85:1) enhanced for 16x9 TVs.
