Title - 'International Orange'
Artist - James Blonde
Originally released in 2000, re-mastered and re-released in 2006, International Orange from James Blonde is like finding 5 undiscovered 7″ singles (10 Songs Total) at a garage sale by a band you’ve never heard about; but looked very pop and turned out to be that and more!
About as fresh a recreation of a by-gone sound in these modern times a pop fan can or will find, recorded in Lodi California at Sky Studios in 22 studio hours (between June 16th and July 2nd, 2000), it was originally released on Lemon Cello Records JB-102.
Produced by Rob Warren and James Blonde, it features Lead Vocals / Bass from Eric Westphal; Drums / Percussion / Vocals from Peter Hackett; and Guitars / Vocal / Percussion from Rob Warren.

First up amongst these wonderful pop/rock sensibilities is 'Never Complain' which is backed by my own personal favorite, the jaunty pop fun of 'So Sorry.' The storytelling of 'Your Life Story' is up next and sounding like a youthful Gin Blossoms, they merge that into the stronger 'Every Boy Wants To Be With My Girl.'
The mid-tempo melodies of 'I Want You Forever' are then followed by the Blossoms-esque 'Night Life,' with the Romantics bounce of 'Marie' along next. The pace slows for both 'Operator' and 'Isabel,' before the album rounds out with the fast-paced beauty 'Money.'
